This blog is dedicated to my cooking and food adventures!
I am an Engineer by profession, a mom of one kid. ๐Ÿ™‚ I have been fascinated with food and how they are done
even when I was five. I remember getting some shells from seashore at my hometown and boil it with too much
salt and MSG! ๐Ÿ™‚ Cooking rice and waiting until the last water bubble burst, on to find out that half of the rice is already burned. ๐Ÿ™‚

Well, life has plenty of experience to learn from, if you are adventurous enough to just go for it.
